Bespoke & custom orders

Because each piece is crafted to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns on bespoke orders or custom-configured Signature pieces. Every detail — design sketch approval, material, ring size — is confirmed with you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before production begins, precisely so there are no surprises at the end. Quality defects on arrival are covered free of charge; see our FAQ for warranty and repair details.

Intellectual property

All designs, sketches, photographs, product descriptions, and written content on this site are the property of Heron Scribe unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission. Product and design images carry embedded copyright metadata and, in most cases, a visible watermark.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." Heron Scribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, delays in production beyond our reasonable control (such as supplier delays), or shipping carrier issues — though we handle insured-shipping claims on your behalf, as described in our FAQ. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
